The Board shall, on receipt of audited accounts for the preceding year, submit to the Cabinet Secretary an annual report in respect of that financial year, containing—(a)the accounts of the Kenya Tissue and Transplant Authority and statements referred to under paragraph 15;(b)the Kenya Tissue and Transplant Authority performance indicators and any other related information;(c)a report on the operations of the Kenya Tissue and Transplant Authority during that year; and(d)such other information as the Cabinet Secretary may request.
