40. Failure to attend when summoned
A person commits an offence if that person, when summoned, under this Act—(a)fails, without sufficient cause, to appear at the time and place specified or to remain in attendance until excused; or(b)attends as required, but refuses to be sworn in or to make an affirmation or fails to produce a book, document or any other item as required, if it is in the possession of, or under the control of, that person.
