11. Annual Report

(1)The Board shall, within three months after the end of each financial year, prepare and submit to the Cabinet Secretary, a report on the operations of Board for the immediately proceeding financial year.

(2)The Cabinet Secretary shall lay the annual report before the National Assembly as soon as is practicable after the National Assembly next sits after the Cabinet Secretary has received the report.
