10. Tenure of the chairperson and members of the Board
(1)The chairperson or a member of the Board appointed under paragraph 7(1)(g) shall hold office for a term of three years and shall be eligible for re-appointment for one further term of three years.(2)The members appointed under paragraph 7(1)(b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) shall hold office during their tenure of office unless removed from office by the appointing authority.
