18. Corporation secretary.
(1)The Board shall appoint a qualified person to be the corporation secretary on such terms and conditions of service as the Board shall determine.(2)A person is qualified to be appointed as the corporation secretary if that person is a member in good standing of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.(3)The corporation secretary shall be the secretary to the Board and perform such other duty as the Board may direct.(4)The Corporation Secretary shall be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer in the performance of duties under this Act.
