2. Interpretation
In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—“Board” means the Board of Directors of the Kenyatta National Hospital appointed under paragraph 8;“Cabinet Secretary” means the Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to health;“chief executive officer” means the chief executive officer appointed under paragraph 15;“healthcare services” has the meaning assigned to it under section 2 of the Health Act (Cap. 241); and“Hospital” means the Kenyatta National Hospital established under paragraph 4.Source: Kenya Law
