The Board shall, within three months after the end of each financial year, prepare and submit to the Cabinet Secretary, a report on the operations of the Hospital for the immediately preceding year, containing—(a)the accounts of the Hospital and statements referred to under paragraph 23(2);(b)the Hospital’s performance indicators and any other related information;(c)information on the operations of the Hospital during that year; and(d)such other information as the Cabinet Secretary may request.
