29. Staff of the former Hospital
A person who immediately before the commencement date of this Order holds or is acting or is an employee or staff of the former Hospital shall be deemed to hold the same office or its equivalent in the Hospital on the same terms and conditions or on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board.Source: Kenya Law
