34. Preservation of pending proceedings
Any proceedings pending before the former Hospital, a tribunal or a court of competent jurisdiction immediately before the commencement of this Order to which the former Hospital was a party shall be continued as if the proceedings relate to the Hospital under the provisions of this Order.Source: Kenya Law
