46. Publication of wages order
(1)The Cabinet Secretary may, after considering any further report of the wages council and any further advice from the Board, publish a wages order.(2)A wages order shall be—(a)published in the Gazette; and(b)be laid before the National Assembly within twenty-one days of publication.(3)On publishing a wages order, the Cabinet Secretary shall also publish notices in a newspaper in accordance with section 45(2)(b) advising persons where a copy of the wages order can be obtained.
