123. Withdrawal of acquisition.
(1)At any time before possession is taken of any land acquired under this Act, the Commission may, revoke a direction to acquire the land, and, shall determine and pay compensation for all damage suffered and all costs and expenses reasonably incurred by persons interested in the land by reason of or in consequence of the proceedings for acquiring the land.(2)The principles relating to the determination of compensation set out in the rules shall apply, so far as they are relevant, to the determination of compensation payable under this section.
