Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, nothing therein shall affect the provisions of—(a)the Trustee Act (Cap. 167);(b)the Public Trustee Act (Cap. 168);(c)the Trusts of Land Act (Cap. 290);(d)sections 218 to 222 of the Armed Forces Act (Repealed) concerning estates of deceased soldiers.
