13. Termination of membership
(1)Any member of the Society, other than an honorary member, may be suspended or expelled from the Society upon such grounds as are set out in the Advocates Act (Cap. 16).(2)A person shall not be suspended or expelled from membership of the Society unless the person has been given reasonable opportunity to answer all allegations made against him or her.(3)The regulations regarding the manner and the grounds upon, which a member may be suspended or expelled from the Society shall be made in consultation with the Chief Justice and shall be subject to section 8l of the Advocates Act (Cap. 16).(4)A person who has been expelled from membership of the Society shall not be re-admitted as a member of the Society without the authority of a special resolution.
