33. Resolutions of the Society
(1)Except for any purpose for which a special resolution is expressly required by this Act or by any regulation made under this Act, all resolutions of the Society in general meeting shall be by simple majority vote.(2)In this Act a "special resolution" means a resolution passed by not less than two-thirds of such members of the Society as may be present and vote thereon at a general meeting of the Society, duly convened with notice of the intention to propose such resolution.
