12. Financial integrity
(1)A State officer shall not use the office to unlawfully or wrongfully enrich himself or herself or any other person.(2)Subject to Article 76(2)(b) of the Constitution, a State officer shall not accept a personal loan or benefit which may compromise the State officer in carrying out his or her duties.
