68. Legal advice and assistance by paralegals
(1)An accredited paralegal employed by the Service or supervised by an accredited body may provide legal advice and assistance in accordance with this Act.(2)An accredited paralegal shall not demand payment of a fee from a person who qualifies for legal aid under this Act.(3)An accredited paralegal who demands payment of a fee as specified under subsection (2) commits an offence.
