32. Appeals from decisions of the Council

Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Council to—

(a)refuse to grant a licence;

(b)impose conditions on a licence; or

(c)suspend or revoke a licence,

may appeal to the Tribunal against such decision within thirty days from the date of receipt of the decision of the Council.
