40. Remuneration of Tribunal members
(1)There shall be paid to the chairperson, registrar and the members of the Tribunal, such remuneration and allowances as the Cabinet Secretary shall, from time to time, upon the advice of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission determine.(2)The expenses of the Tribunal shall be charged to the Legal Education Fund.
