62. Endorsement of marriage registers
(1)The Registrar shall enter the details of the declaration made under section 8 against the relevant entry in the register of marriages.(2)The Registrar shall enter the details of the decree registered under section 60 against the relevant entry in the register of marriages and such an entry shall be sufficient proof that the marriage has been determined by a foreign decree of annulment or dissolution of marriage.
