20. Staff of the Council
(1)The Council may competitively appoint such officers and other staff of the Council as may be necessary for the proper discharge of its functions under this Act or any other written law, upon such terms and conditions of service as the Council may determine.(2)In the appointment of the staff of the Council referred to under subsection (1), the Council shall afford equal opportunity for appointment of men and women, members of all ethnic groups and persons with disabilities.
