31. Amendment of pleadings
The Committee may allow any amendments to the statements of complaint or response at any stage of the proceedings, provided that such amendment shall be for the interest of justice and is aimed at aiding the determination of the proceedings upon fair notice to the other party.Source: Kenya Law
