57. Transition

(1)Any licences or orders made by the Board prior to commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have been issued under this Act.

(2)A mental hospital by the Board prior to the commencement of this Act shall deemed to have been established under this Act.[Act No. 27 of 2022, s. 51.]
