106. Priority of liens
The maritime liens set out in section 105 shall take priority over mortgages and preferential rights registered under this Part, or arising under the law relating to insolvency, and except as provided in section 107 no other claim shall take priority over them.[Act No. 19 of 2015, Sch.]Source: Kenya Law
