12. Registrar of Kenyan Ships and Registrar of Seafarers
(1)The Director-General shall be the Registrar of Kenyan Ships and the Registrar of Seafarers.(2)In exercise of his powers under subsection (1) the Director-General may designate any other officer to perform the duties of a registrar of Kenyan ships and a registrar of seafarers.
