129. Changes in crew of ships
(1)The master of every ship trading from and beyond Kenyan waters shall, before leaving Kenya, sign and send to the Director-General a full and accurate statement, in the prescribed form of every change which takes place in his crew before finally leaving and that statement shall be admissible in evidence.(2)Any master who without reasonable cause fails to comply with this section commits an offence.
