164. Relief from liability for unseaworthiness
Liability shall not attach on the owner of a ship under section 163(1) in respect of the ship being sent to sea in an un-seaworthy state where, owing to special circumstances, the sending of the ship to sea in such a state was reasonable and justifiable.Source: Kenya Law
