238. Record of inspections and certificates
A surveyor shall keep a record of the inspections he makes and certificates he issues in such form and with such particulars respecting them as the Director-General may direct, and shall furnish copies thereof and any other information pertaining to the duties of his office which the Director-General may require.Source: Kenya Law
