24. Non-liability of the Registrar of Ships
No action shall lie against the Registrar of Ships or any officer acting in that capacity or discharging any of his functions under this Act in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him or her in good faith in the exercise or performance of any power, authority or duty conferred or imposed on him or her under the Act.Source: Kenya Law
