298. Carriage and marking of dangerous goods
(1)No person shall send by or carry in a Kenyan ship, except in accordance with this Part and regulations made pursuant to section 297, any dangerous goods.(2)No person shall send by or carry in a Kenyan ship any dangerous goods without first distinctly marking their nature on the outside of the outermost package containing the same, in accordance with such regulations as the Cabinet Secretary may make, and without first giving written notice of the nature of such goods and of the name and address of the sender thereof to the master or owner of the ship.
