7. Power of Cabinet Secretary to give directions
The Cabinet Secretary may from time to time give the Director-General such general directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder, on the policy to be pursued in the administration of this Act, as he may consider necessary, and the Director-General shall forthwith take such steps as are necessary or expedient to give effect thereto.Source: Kenya Law
