70. Returns by Registrar of Ships
The Registrar of Ships shall transmit to the Authority returns in such form and at such times as the Director-General may direct, of all registrations, transfers, transmissions, mortgages and other dealings with ships which have been registered by or communicated to him in his capacity as Registrar of Ships and of the names of the persons concerned in the same, and such other particulars as may be directed by the Director-General.Source: Kenya Law
