18. Meetings of the Board

18. Meetings of the Board
(1)The conduct of the business and affairs of the Board shall be as provided in the Third Schedule.(2)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may regulate its own procedure.(3)The Board may invite any person to attend any of its meetings and to participate in its deliberations, but such person shall not have a vote in any decision of the Board.
