12. Restriction on quantity of methylated spirits held
Any person, other than the holder of a licence, who is at any one time in possession of a quantity of methylated spirits greater than one gallon shall, unless he has obtained the written permission of a licensing officer for such possession and has satisfied such reasonable conditions as may have been imposed on the permission being granted, be guilty of an offence.Source: Kenya Law
