16. Licences for bodies corporate
A licence issued to a body corporate shall be issued in the name of that body to the secretary thereof and no transfer of the licence shall be necessary upon any change in the office of secretary, but any person for the time being holding that office shall be entitled to the privileges granted by, and shall be subject to the duties and liabilities imposed upon the holder of, the licence.Source: Kenya Law
