11. Appeal from order of refusal, cancellation or suspension
(1)Any association or umbrella organization aggrieved by the Registrar’s refusal to register it, or by the cancellation or suspension of its registration under section 9 of this Act may, in the case of any other association or umbrella organization, appeal to the Tribunal within thirty days of such refusal, cancellation or suspension.(2)An association or umbrella organization aggrieved by the decision of the Tribunal under subsection (1) may appeal to the High Court within thirty days on points of law.
