4. Registrar of micro and small enterprises

4. Registrar of micro and small enterprises
(1)There shall be an office of the Registrar of Micro and Small Enterprises which shall be an office in the public service.(2)The office of Registrar shall be headed by an officer who shall be designated the Registrar of Micro and Small Enterprises.(3)The Registrar shall be responsible for the registration of micro and small enterprises in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
