11. Qualifications of members of the Advisory Committee.
A person shall be qualified to be appointed as the Chairperson or member of the Advisory Committee if thatperson—(a)in the case of the Chairperson, is a retired general officer of the Armed Forces or Kenya Defence Forces;(b)in the case of a member appointed under section 10(2)(b) and (c), is a military veteran; and(c)meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
