13. Tenure of members of the Advisory Committee.
(1)The Chairperson and members of the Advisory Committee shall hold office on a part-time basis.(2)The Chairperson and members of the Advisory Committee shall hold office for a period not exceeding four years and shall not be eligible for re-appointment.(3)In appointing the members of the Advisory Committee, the Defence Council shall ensure that the tenure of not more than half of the members of the Advisory Committee does not end at the same time.
