131. Term and size of prospecting permit

131. Term and size of prospecting permit

(1)The term of a prospecting permit shall be specified in the permit, but in any case shall not exceed five years and may be renewed for one further term.

(2)The area contained in a prospecting permit shall not exceed twenty five contiguous blocks.
