145. Notification of approval of surrender
(1)A proposed surrender of an area covered under a mineral right shall have no effect unless and until the Cabinet Secretary, on the recommendation of the Mineral Rights Board, gives the holder thereof written notice that the application for surrender has been approved.(2)An approval for the surrender of a mineral right may be granted subject to such conditions as the Cabinet Secretary, on the recommendation of the Mineral Rights Board, may deem appropriate.
