216. Court orders relating to revocation of licences and permits
Where any offence, specified under this Act or by regulations made under this Act, is committed by the holder of a mineral right, or the holder of any other licence or permit given under this Act, the Court may, in addition to any other order, further order that the mineral right, licence or permit be revoked.Source: Kenya Law
