54. Power to require additional information
(1)The holder of a mineral right, or an applicant for the grant or renewal of a mineral right, shall provide such additional information to the Cabinet Secretary as may be reasonably required for consideration of the application.(2)The Cabinet Secretary shall request for information by written notice to the holder of the mineral right.(3)Where the Cabinet Secretary requires additional information to be provided under subsection (1), an application for the grant or renewal of a mineral right shall be deemed to be incomplete until the mineral right holder furnishes the additional information to the Cabinet Secretary.
