87. Term of retention licence
(1)The term of a retention licence shall be specified in the licence, and shall not exceed two years.(2)The holder of a retention licence may, at any time but not later than three months before expiration of the initial term of the licence, apply to the Cabinet Secretary for a renewal of the retention licence in the prescribed manner.(3)The Cabinet Secretary, on the recommendation of the Mineral Rights Board shall grant a renewal of the term of the licence for a further period not exceeding two years.
