96. Duration of a permit
(1)A permit granted under this Act shall be valid for a period three years from the date of issue and shall be renewable upon application for one more term.(2)A holder of an artisanal mining permit may apply to convert it to a small scale permit in the manner as may be prescribed in Regulations.
