11. Offence
(1)A person who contravenes the provisions of this Act commits an offence.(2)A person convicted of an offence under this Act, where no specific penalty is provided, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
