13. Presumption as to entries in register or record
Every entry in a register or record required to be prepared or kept under section 11 or section 12 of this Act shall be deemed, unless the contrary be shown, to have been made by or with the authority of the dealer responsible for the preparation or maintenance of such register or record.[Act No. 5 of 2007, s. 67.]Source: Kenya Law
