24. Grantor’s authorization for registration
(1)Registration of an initial notice or an amendment notice that either adds collateral not included in the security agreement or adds a grantor is ineffective unless authorized by the grantor in writing.(2)A notice may be registered before the creation of a security right or the conclusion of a security agreement to which the notice relates as long as there is evidence of the authorization in writing.(3)A written security agreement is sufficient to constitute authorization by the grantor for the registration of a notice.
