41. Future advances and future collateral
(1)Subject to the rights of a non-consensual creditor under section 46, the priority of a security right extends to all secured obligations, including obligations incurred after the security right became effective against third parties.(2)The priority of a security right covers all collateral described in a notice registered by the Registrar, irrespective of whether they are acquired by the grantor or come into existence before or after the time of registration.
