47. Non-acquisition security rights competing with acquisition security rights
An acquisition security right in consumer goods, equipment, inventory, or intellectual property has priority as against a competing non-acquisition security right created by the grantor, provided that a notice with respect to the acquisition security right is registered with the Registrar before the grantor obtains possession of the asset or acquires a right in intellectual property.Source: Kenya Law
