59. Protection of the debtor of the receivable
Except as otherwise provided in section 11, the creation of a security right in a receivable does not affect the rights and obligations of the debtor of the receivable, including the payment terms contained in the contract giving rise to the receivable, without the debtor's consent.Source: Kenya Law
